We are a small independent team, and we read every message. Use the email below for bug reports, corrections, privacy requests, and business questions.
We aim to reply within two business days. Messages sent on weekends or public holidays may take a little longer.
What to Include in a Bug Report
To help us reproduce the problem quickly, please include:
- The page you were using, such as the home converter or a specific guide
- Your browser and version, for example Chrome 130 or Safari 18
- Your operating system and device type, especially if you are on a phone or tablet
- The approximate file size and format of the video
- The exact error message, or a screenshot if the page stopped responding
- Whether the problem happens every time or only with one file
Please do not send us the video itself. We do not need it, and the converter is designed so your files stay on your device. A short description or a screenshot of the error is enough.
Common Topics
Bug reports and failed conversions
Tell us the browser, device, file size, and error text. Large files and mobile browsers have tighter memory limits, so the same file may work on a desktop and fail on a phone.
Corrections to a guide
If a tutorial contains an outdated command, a broken link, or a claim you believe is wrong, send the page URL and the sentence in question. We review corrections and update the page when the issue is confirmed.
Privacy and data requests
For access, correction, deletion, or consent questions, email us with the subject "Privacy request". We may ask for enough information to verify the request. Because the converter does not create accounts and does not receive your media files, there is usually very little data associated with a visitor.
Advertising and partnerships
For advertising, sponsorship, or licensing questions, use the same email with the subject "Business". We do not accept paid link insertions or paid rankings in our guides.
Security reports
If you believe you have found a security issue, email us with the subject "Security" and include steps to reproduce it. Please do not test against other users or attempt to access data that is not yours.
What We Cannot Help With
We cannot recover a deleted source video, repair a damaged recording, bypass DRM, or provide legal advice about whether you may use a particular clip. We also cannot process a file on your behalf; conversion is intentionally local to your browser.
Before You Write
Many questions are already answered in the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service, or the blog guides. If your question is about a specific error, checking the browser console for the exact message can save a round trip.
